Hannah & Austin

Oh, my word! This wedding day! What a dream! I've known Hannah's sweet parents for a while now. They've worked with my own kids through church and now their little girl is getting married! It's so incredible having the opportunity to photograph such a sweet couple from such sweet families! I remember meeting Austin for the first time at their engagement session this past summer. Not only is he one of the kindest guys I've had the privilege to meet, but he's also serving our country too! What an honor it is to get the chance to serve him and his bride! I loved Hannah's amazing sense of style and her careful attention to detail.

From the moment Hannah's mom reached out to me to set up their engagement session and plan for their wedding, I knew this would be something special. This family is so dear to me - they've helped encourage my own kids to serve the Lord and now I get to help see their daughter head into a new chapter of her life. Hannah and Austin love each other in such a beautiful, innocent way. It's raw, but it's real. It's new, but it's focused. And what was so encouraging is how, through Hannah's encouragement and their desire to welcome God in their marriage, Austin got saved before their wedding. Hearing that testimony during their marriage ceremony brought tears of joy to my eyes... What a blessing as they start their marriage!

These two have a sweet love that was beautifully shared on their wedding day... it definitely even caught me off guard! I usually don't cry at weddings, but when they read their vows to each other during their private vow exchange, even this photographer was getting emotional! Their wedding day was beautiful. Every little bit of it was so amazing to watch.
